used dollar store paints. some 4 colors for the fish
and three colors for the background, smeared with those little knife spatula thingys.
and then covered in both shiny and matte mod podge. also from the dollar store.
wasnt really basing the coat pattern off of anyone. just had the colors and thought "good enough."
brick red being a good contrast to the whatever shades of blue that is.
