bear sitting (and salmon)
May 3, 2026

alright so my brother got train tickets to way out and i got to see a friend. but since its gonna be a ride for several hours too and back, i should pack a few handfuls of raw wool to then build a base form around a shape. debated for a while on what pose the bear is to be in but i ended going with a sitting- its a good stable form that wouldnt topple. gonna go for a style similar to the weird wonderful patterns of whatever how it was with the bison and horse.

i was wondering for if i hould just keep the bear sitting, to show a poised disciplined bear. or if to show eating to symbolize indulgence. compromised with with having a salmon that isnt attached by the fibers, to just sorta have it where bear holds onto fish tucked in.

GALLERY

much like horse and bison i didnr bother taking bear outside. would be fair to only let bear see the world while the others are shut inside.
