i wanted to be try something new, try something experimental. a tile i can have hanging off a wall like a picture frame.
and well the platonically ideal fusiform fish is a simple enough shape to start off with.
made two, for that of a friend and then to keep for myself. the pink was given, blue was kept. blue is curerntly kept in bathroom.
not bothering to seperate them in wips and gallery. i will not type during pinks process.
alright now that pink is done i can put words about blue. built up around like 3 layers atop the base of alternating directions for the fibers and then began putting the top skin design. the white of eye is of cosmos fur.
a little tongue bit sticking out that i will have be the loop for any strings to have the fish hang from.
making the tail as a seperate piece allows for extra length and folding the edges in saves me a LOT of effort and spares the stabbings when i do so while in wet stage. at least i figured that out now than later..
scuffing up the tail to have it merge onto the body.
and the stab counter has a grand total of... 7! really low number. folding the edges in saved out on such a larger number. at least 70...
goodnight. ill see if ill ever bother doing more again later.
