alright i didnt really know... what i was doing for this ishduk, let alone for what to even call it,
until when i showed a friend the progress of it and thought it seemed rather platypus like. so like.
yeah i guess so.
so it stuck the way it is with being uh. "weird platypus". still dont know what this is. thats part of the fun.
also yeah i did make this on the basis of using the reject piece from when i was making the carlotta felting. just had to then build around that. i do like the inner mouth eyes. always a fun feature in how rare i see it ever being employed in character design. yeah thats about it my head hurts lets slam. inside is red osier dogwood and of osoberry seeds and twigs.
just prepping up the cloak piece to now be bodie piece.
making a sort of... lip thing. gumline.
these are the eyeballs. decided itll be on a stalk because. fuck it. just add more to the weirdness.
flipping the body inside out and stabbing the eyes onto the wall of it.
feet.
with the calling of platypus, i might as well give a paddle tail. some toes to make the feet more stable.
i just really like how it looks being flipped inside out.
making sure the lid mouth is secured on inside And out.
the base getting attached to the body, had to flip inside out once again. left a little hole so theyre not 100 percent stuck together as that is where i will slot the tail in and stab against.
had to make the back leg raise up on toes so it wouldnt wobble around so much.
once again flip inside out as i put the tail on.
ough..
stab counter: 150.
i need a nap.
