yknow. heres a funny piece of trivia-
in making of this felt, was the last one ive done for when the phone I had at the time died and had to get a loveless replacement.
and if that shit aint symbolic with ybr causing nothing but misery... i dont know what is.
the body length and the wing span are more or less that of a full ruler mesurment.
from elbow joint to finger joint.
and the head can pop off. the neck is hollow.
and ybrs heart is tucked between the ribs.

step one, collect bark of western Red Cedar and Pacific Madrone for *symbolism*. step two, burn it.
step three, realize its probably a bad idea to be doing that shit inside.
get the colors all sorted out and ready. make the basic length of what the will be the spine.
So ybr is this beast that is a half skeleton... thing. so there will be a bunch of bones.
gotta make the vertebrae of the spine.
and got a couple of paper clips, broke and bent them accordingly to then become inside the arms
and as the verts of the spine, I also gotta do the ribs of the chest. and such.
turn the verts into beads by shoving them through a chopstick to get the holes
put the ribs on the sternum. collect more bark ash, this time by doing it outside. make the ribs bent round.
so the vertabrae I've made have that... thing sticking out. i forgot what theyre called.
but its where especially big muscles are to attach to bone. so the bone has to match with extra material.
well these verts are just circles. the thing jutting out isnt needed.
... not that ybr even has any goddamn muscle.
okay and then i started wetting some parts out. this is for the arm hair.

and hooo im so damn proud of myself for making the hands to such a degree of detail.
got all the verts i need. the muscled, and the round, and even the spinal disks to go between.
oh ybr you funny... dont worry the feeling is mutual between me and you.
make more wettings. that of the arm hair and the neck hair. which i guess the technical term for neck hair is mane.
get stuff in of the neck. stylize up the mane, dont know yet how to make the wool appear fluffy while still holding on.
bring out old trusty Lambchop to help with making the neck.
putting the parts together. now then to put the put together parts... together.
shit. i could have said the stopping point was at the now. and it would make sense.
theres the big ribs that go from the sternum to spine. and then theres small ribs that go from spine to air.
oh yeah so the neck is a hollow tube, the head is to be as a plug. the neck can fit a marker in itself snuggly.
had some bark put in the space between chest and neck.
after the body is put together, time to make sure the verts wont slide around.
so no head? there is.
took 3 tries to get the eyes juuuust right.
the next trio of photos has blood. its for symbolic character mumbo jumbo.
make ybrs heart. one side has my blood, the other side has the rest of the bark ash.
put the heart in the chest. had to make sure its not too small to slip between the ribs. not too big to even fit.
