Neon Bolting

-[DESCRIPTION: Standing himself up crookedly as if Winslow Leach is caught in the middle of a scheme.
Behind him is a lightning bolt in the likeness of the neon sign that he threw.
He is drawn with hard pixel airbrush and some parts are colored in while others are left blank.
The piece is borderd by off white jagged edges with a faint screentone filter slapped on.]-
Just some playing around and experimenting with art stuff. Used him to test it out.
